Come explore the joy and freedom of singing together!

In this welcoming Singing Circle, we’ll explore simple vocal warm-ups, circle singing, group improvisation, spontaneous vocal expression, and intuitive singing.

No previous singing experience is needed. There is no pressure to perform or “get it right.” Instead, we’ll listen, respond, play with our voices, and discover what can emerge when we create together.

Join MJ vermette of Sacred Fire Music for a nurturing guided meditation accompanied by live drum and voice. Through visualization and gentle spoken guidance you will be invited into a state of presence relaxation and calm.

The session concludes with an optional invitation into participative sounding— drumming, humming, offering a smooth transition from inner reflection to collective resonance. No experience needed.

Discover simple and nourishing ways to support balance and wellbeing through voice, resonance, movement and intentional sound. Using the voice alongside Himalayan bowls, chimes, rattles, rain sticks, drums and other instruments, this session invites you into a calming, immersive world of tone, vibration and gentle sonic exploration.

Together, we’ll explore practices to ease tension, restore energy and support emotional and energetic balance. Open to all levels, this gathering offers a peaceful space to unwind, express and reconnect through the healing qualities of sound. No previous musical or sound healing experience needed. Bring your own instruments if you have any.

Meditative drumming for grounding, balance & wellbeing

Step into a slower, more restorative approach to rhythm through heart-centred drumming, conscious listening and presence. This session explores how intention, pulse and awareness can help soothe mental overload, regulate energy and support a deeper sense of peace.

Through guided rhythmic journeys and reflective percussion practices, we’ll cultivate stillness, focus and inner calm, allowing the body and mind to soften into a more natural state of balance.

Bring your own drums or percussion instruments if you have them. Some instruments will also be available to share. No previous drumming or meditation experience needed.
