Explore the uplifting power of rhythm through a variety of drums and percussion instruments. Together, we’ll explore mindful drumming techniques and playful improvisation in a warm, welcoming and non-judgmental space.
This experience is designed to help you relax, recharge and reconnect — with yourself and with others — while discovering the grounding, energizing and wellbeing benefits of rhythm and circle drumming.
Bring your own drums or percussion instruments if you have them. Some instruments will also be available to share. No drumming experience needed!
