Meditative drumming for grounding, balance & wellbeing

Step into a slower, more restorative approach to rhythm through heart-centred drumming, conscious listening and presence. This session explores how intention, pulse and awareness can help soothe mental overload, regulate energy and support a deeper sense of peace.

Through guided rhythmic journeys and reflective percussion practices, we’ll cultivate stillness, focus and inner calm, allowing the body and mind to soften into a more natural state of balance.

Bring your own drums or percussion instruments if you have them. Some instruments will also be available to share. No previous drumming or meditation experience needed.
