Intuitive sound healing & movement journey with MJ and Dean of Sacred Fire, in celebration of the Spring Equinox.

On this formidable day of the year, when day and night are of equal length, we will open our hearts, raise our energy and give honor to the natural forces that give us life. Connected with each other and our internal guidance, we will relax, rejuvenate, and create a sense of oneness, community and joy!

Part 1️⃣: Guided Meditation & Sound Healing (lay down or sit with headphones, eyes closed)

You are invited to gently bring yourself out of winter and into spring, immersed in meditative, healing music from Sacred Fire. With guided visualization and sacred sounds, you will be aligning your energy body, your thoughts and actions with your true path, and you will be setting your intentions for this new cycle.

Part 2️⃣: Movement Journey (stand up and move, or stay still and observe your inner movement)

In the second part of this event, you will be led into a rhythm & movement journey, celebrating the freshness of life and regeneration of abundance. Feel free to move and dance to the rhythm of the drums! You will have the opportunity to let go of the energies that no longer serve you, and create space to welcome playfulness, vitality and momentum with the intention of surrendering to life's phases and rich blessings, ready to manifest your dreams.
