Hour 1: Developing technical skills (djembe)

Hour 2: Collective improvisation- we use STORYTELLING to create a collective rhythmic piece. We learn improvisation techniques to tell our stories of healing and transformation, using our drums and percussion.

Beginners welcome. No drumming technique required.

In a warm, friendly and non judgemental atmosphere, you will:

• Relax and let go of your internal dialogue; eliminate tensions
  
• Learn rhythmic, drumming and improvisation basic techniques
  
• Be encouraged to express yourself with creative impulse
  
• Acknowledge your possibilities and your limits, and be lead to transcend them
