In these unique 2 hour Creative Drumming Playshop, we use STORYTELLING to create a collective rhythmic piece. We learn improvisation techniques to tell our stories of healing and transformation, using our drums and percussion.

Beginners welcome. No drumming technique required.

Those who need to will learn basic techniques to play the drums – and we will use other different types of percussions.

In a warm, friendly and non judgemental atmosphere, you will:

• Relax and let go of your internal dialogue; eliminate tensions
  
• Learn rhythmic, drumming and improvisation basic techniques
  
• Be encouraged to express yourself with creative impulse
  
• Acknowledge your possibilities and your limits, and be lead to transcend them
  
• Share, listen, dare
  
• Have fun!
