Online Intentional Singing allows you to explore and express your voice with joy and simplicity —from the comfort of your home.

In a relaxed atmosphere and with open hearts, you create songs, rhythms and harmonies to release tension and increase your energy. Depending on the group and the theme, you may also experience the following:

Mindful body and voice warm-ups Breath work, voice yoga, visualization and sound meditation to help cleanse, strengthen and circulate life energy Voice and rhythmic games as well as spontaneous improvisation Easy, colorful, liberating rituals, using the voice and sometimes percussion Toning Affirmation singing No singing techniques are called for here… on the contrary, these singing circles are the perfect occasion to let go of your vocal «learnings» and «judgements».

There are no performers and no audience, only humans playing in the moment, encouraging each other to explore and activate their creativity. Plus, with your microphone turned off, you don't have the pressure of sharing your voice with the group! You definitely will, however, be sharing smiles and grooving moves!

Adults and teens welcome. No experience needed.

*SAVE THE DATES! Sundays (11 am to 12 pm), every 2 weeks: the 1st, 3rd and 5th (when applicable) Sunday of each month.
