A restorative, meditative sound & music journey to help you attain a state of deep peace, set your intention for personal awakening & connect you with your inner wisdom.

In a relaxed, open-hearted atmosphere, the evening will be initiated by a relaxing Guided Sound Meditative Journey. You will be invited to honor your unique, innate gifts and celebrate the light of consciousness within yourself and others, while immersing in the intuitive, mystical drumming & chanting of Worldbeat Music Medicine Artist, MJ Vermette & Dean Richards of SacredFire.

You will then be invited to join (you can also benefit from listening and BEing present; no obligation to participate) a short singing circle, to create community and to bring JOY into your heart. If you have any, please bring your drums & rattles.

Space is limited; there will be chairs, and a bit of space for those who wish to lay down on a yoga mat (bring your own). Please note that not everyone will have room to lay down.
