We will start the evening with a guided sound healing meditation with MJ and Dean of SacredFire.

Then, in a relaxed, open-hearted atmosphere, you will learn easy tips & tricks to connect the energies of voice & sound with the whole of your body and mind. You will experiment the calming and revitalizing gifts of Intuitive Sound Healing with effective tools such as toning, voice yoga, sound meditation and body awareness. You will also experience the rebalancing effects of a variety of carefully chosen traditional sound healing instruments, ranging from drums to singing bowls, chimes, rattles, rain sticks and many others; all of which have a specific role in helping rebalancing the energy flow within.

Focused on your breath, conscious intention and mindful expression, you will be encouraged to trust your inner knowledge in producing meaningful and sacred sounds as energy medicine for the body, mind, heart and soul.

This is an invitation to feel enlightened and empowered; learning basic Intuitive Sound Healing skills that will guide you on the path to awareness and self-transformation, and give you tools to help others such as your family, friends and clients attain a sense of deep peace & unity.
