In this workshop, we will explore sound meditation, chanting, toning, soul singing, as well as sound healing using the voice as our primary tool.
Focused on vocal improvisation and mindful expression, we will learn to trust our inner knowledge in expressing meaningful and sacred sound as medicine for the soul.
