THEME

The theme for this half-day playshop will be FIRE WOMEN. We will co-create a circle of strength, sisterhood, love, light & magic.

Experience easy, fun and flowing dance movements, rhythms and harmonies to relax, release tension, share JOY and raise your energy.

Together, we will create an entrancing song and dance that we will call "Women of the Fire"!

BRING

Comfortable clothes, a very special dress or outfit, a bottle for water, indoor shoes/warm socks/slippers, and a small object that is sacred to you.



OUTLINE

*Opening Ceremony & Intention Setting
Sound journey & guided visualization facilitated by MJ Vermette to
connect you with your inner wisdom and your intuition.

* Song & Dance Circle (part 1)
Easy, fun, colorful and empowering dance movements, rhythms and harmonies with the intention of relaxing, sharing joy, raising your energy and bringing about a feeling of unity. Co-creation of an entrancing song and dance that we will call “Women of the Fire”.

*Refreshment Break & Preparation for Closing Ceremony
Snacks & tea. Change into something special that makes you feel grand/sumptuous/empowered/lush... or just great!

*Song & Dance Circle (part 2)
Celebration with sacred song & dance, performing “Women of the Fire” for each other in the labyrinth (weather permitting).

*Sharing circle
Transition out of sacred space with offerings of gratitude for our journey together.

Bio 

Marie Josée (MJ) Vermette is a Musician, Sound Healing Artist, Workshop Facilitator and Certified Bodymind & Energy Therapy Practitioner. She has extensive experience, supporting people healing from trauma, addiction, abuse, emotional, mental or physical challenges. As a skilled facilitator, vocalist, hand drummer and healer, she has been offering Sound & Energy Healing; Intuitive Singing and Creative Drumming Workshops since 2004; a unique concept that allows her therapeutic expertise to blend with her artistic personality, to help people radiate peace, health and positive force.
